Homestead Family Farms is a family-owned and operated grain farm located in central Kentucky -- right in the heart of bourbon country.    While we are a growing farm operation, family and community remain the roots of our business.  Farming is our passion and has been in the Reding family for six generations.

We grow corn, soybeans, and winter wheat. The majority of our corn is sold to various bourbon distilleries in the Bardstown, KY area.  

Farm History

 In 2010 Reding Family Farms changed our name to Homestead Family Farms to more accurately reflect our values and be more welcoming to those who have chosen to farm with us.
